1. 1. The elective officers of this club shall be the President, Vice President, Sergeant(s) at Arms, Recording Secretary, Treasurer and Road Captain. The Executive Board shall be comprised of President, Vice President, 1st Sgt at Arms, Secretary and Treasurer. The offices of President, Vice President, 1st Sgt at Arms will be held by Veterans and be at least 30 years of age and/or police officers with a minimum of ten (10) years of law enforcement employment. Hardships may be appealed to the Parent Chapter Executive Board. 2. Nominations for officers shall be submitted at the October meeting of the current year with elections to be held the following month, November. Full members in good standing shall cast their votes at the November meeting. Officers shall be decided by majority vote of those present via ballot and absentee ballots (if permitted). Terms of office shall begin in January of the following year. 3. Terms of office for Chapter officers shall be one year. 4. Should any officer leave office for any reason at any time prior to the expiration of his term, the Vice President shall assume the responsibilities of that office until a replacement is elected to complete the remainder of the balance of the term. Any vacant office must be filled within sixty (60) days.

• 20 Oct – Westside Biketoberfest Open House at NK DigDug’s – 1300 ‐ 1700 November • 2 Nov – Green Swamp 2nd Annual bed races / Vet Fest (1‐3 Nov) Gator H‐D 
• 10 Nov – Thunder Bay Blanket Drive, starts at clubhouse. 
• 21 – 24 NOV – OJ Run, Ocean Coast Hotel at the Beach, Fernandina Beach, FL. December • 7 Dec. Freedom Coast Ride (Wounded Vets) is having a bicycle Run from WPB to Jupiter Island. The local PD will be blocking intersections. They want us in front and back of the pack for as they do their run. Joe spoke with this person who reached out to me. Jacqui Kapinowski who is a Para‐Olympian and organizer of this event.

• 8 Feb – Broward “Let’s Buddy Up” Ride @ Markham Park, starts 0900.

• 6‐15 March 2020 Daytona Bike Week Party – Dates for Orlando and Westside events?

_____________________________________________________________________________ Vietnam War History – September 5th, 1967 1967 - Operation Wallowa was launched in South Vietnam's northernmost provinces. 

1968 - North of Hue, South Vietnam, 24 U.S. military personnel died when an Army CH-47 collided with a C-7 Caribou transport. All aboard both aircrafts were killed. 

1968 - Heavy reads over North Vietnam severed roads in more than 20 places and destroyed at least 75 supply vehicles. Vietnam War Quote : There is a simple prescription for peace--leave your neighbors alone." Secretary of State Dean Rusk, May 22, 1964
